Yes. Co-listing shoots are common. Branding considerations (which agent's contact appears on the single property website, who gets the social-ready cuts) are handled in pre-production so both sides receive what they need.
How do you handle scheduling around staging, cleaning, and sellers?
Pre-shoot coordination is part of the package. STEFDPHOTO sends a prep checklist to the listing agent for the seller, with timing guidance for staging, lighting (window blinds open or closed, interior lights on), and any room-specific notes. The walkthrough at the start of the shoot reconfirms the carousel hierarchy with the agent if you are on-site.
