Standard delivery is a sixty-to-ninety-second cinematic walkthrough in 4K, vertical and horizontal aspect-ratio cuts, with music sync and a clean export at multiple bitrates for socials, MLS, YouTube, and the listing's website. Extended cuts and agent-voiceover edits are scheduled as separate deliverables on the same shoot day. Branded intros (your team's logo, opening title card, closing call-to-action) are included on the extended package. Raw footage is available on request. Every video uses the same cinematic-color pipeline as STEFDPHOTO's commercial work, which means the files look like a brand reel rather than a phone walkthrough.

The process.
The walkthrough is shot the same day as the photo package whenever possible. The capture stack is gimbal-stabilized for interiors, slider for the slow-push moments, and aerial coverage for establishing shots when budget allows (provided). Music is selected during pre-production based on the home's price point, target buyer, and the agent's brand. The cut is edited to the music, not the music edited to the cut, which is the difference between a video that holds attention and one that loses it at the fifteen-second mark. Standard turnaround is several business days from shoot day, faster on rush schedules.
